abdominal/groin pain

abdominal/groin pain

About 1 month ago i began to have abdominal pain. it felt swollen and had a dull ache pain to it. It subsided for a bit until i did some heavy work and the pain came back. i have been taking it easy and have been told i have a strained abdominal muscle (blood and urine tests ok). the pain now comes and goes and is sharp around the naval and pelvis. but now i have soreness and aches in my inner thights and groin in the inguinal area and in adductor muscles. i wonder if i strained my groin too seeing as i have been squating lately instead of bending over b/c of my stomach or if it is related. my doctor told me it was just the ab strain but i have pain in my inner thighs and groin and that is new. it wasnt there before. the pain is worse when excersizing and that area feels tight when i stretch it. both pains are better with heat. please help. i dont know what to do. i am trying to see a different doctor but that takes time (insurance) and i worry that it may be something bad or just a pulled muscles i dont know. what should i do?

Here is a diagnosis you may want to consider. Sacroiliac, odd enough it can start in the front if that is where the strain or joint leak is. Many docs don't even consider this diagnosis. They are few and far between. Kalindra.com is the place to start.
