abormality in the neck?

Hi sorry the before question was sloppy, I just got my medical back today.
Things are not going good > Im seeing my regular Dr, this afternoon,and Im really tired , of going to all thease people , he seem"s to send me to I need answers, Im in pain they tell me i have osteroarthritis possible reueatoid, and all thease diffrent side affects like the question I posted earlier now I have a neck Abnormality. What excatly is that,Anyway? I know i have pain there as well but I just figured its from the outher and referring? I cant take hardly any medicines for pain or i vomet up blood i tent to get ulcers they said i have peptic ucler disease . so the dr just well about 3 weeks ago started putting me on this percocet 3/325 up to 3 times a day It really helps most at night when I get those shoulder back pains deep. I vommit often from the pain , and am loosing alot of weight.. I know you told me to see a nerosurgeon right? and to take antiinflamitories, or this outher possible something could happen, which in earlier post , I comented that I do Indeed  get stomach flare up and they harden I figured do to a gluten allergy please help me Im miserable, and confused as to what to do about this ...... I had advised you to take acid neutralizing drugs with pain killers. You can take Histamine 2 blockers/Proton Pump inhibitors + Pain killers with the least gastric irritation.
Rheumatoid arthritis will be positive for Rheumatoid factor and you have to take medications for long term for not getting any problems in your heart etc.
