Hello!

The best method to know about the strength of you anterior cruciate ligament is anterior drawer test. This can be performed by any orthopedician and you can know about the strength of your acl, recovery after surgery or any possible tear.

I understand that you had a ligament reconstruction done using a cadaver tissue to repair your acl.

Take care!
