I am 2 weeks out of surgery for torn acl amd meniscus. Today when doing te squats PT recomended i felt a bump in my knee there was no pain but feal it almost every time i do the squats. The Dr used cadaver tissue to repair my acl. I am afraid i have done somting to it help please
The best method to know about the strength of you anterior cruciate ligament is anterior drawer test. This can be performed by any orthopedician and you can know about the strength of your acl, recovery after surgery or any possible tear.
