after surgery injury and possible complications?

I had surgery on my hip last week to fix a tear and remove a boney growth from my femur. made a wrong move yesterday and it felt like something tore in my hip. There is twice as much pain as before and i have not been able to eat very much as well as being nauseous all the time unless i am laying almost completely flat. I'm wondering if something may have gone wrong and it is infected or my body is rejecting something

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to tell. Possible causes that may need to be considered include fractures, dislocations, injuries to muscles/ tendons/ ligaments or other connective tissues structures, infections/ inflammations etc. I would suggest visiting the ER to rule out serious acute injuries. Once these have been ruled out you may consider an elective visit to your orthopedician for an evaluation and appropriate management.
