ankle problems

I'm an active kid who had gotten akilleys tendinitis  like2-3years ago and I was to rest 1/2 a year but I had to finish softball my ankle is hurting again help

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. The ankle pain could result from ligament/ tendon injuries, chronic inflammation/ degeneration, tendonitis etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile I would advise resting the foot and avoiding weight bearing and movements. Ice-packs and tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS may be helpful for pain relief as well.
