3) The pain has to decrease in a couple of days with rest and you not putting any weight on that toe or else you have to go to an orthopedician and based on the diagnosis the time frame can be successfully predicted.
4) At your age there is nothing to worry as fractures heal easily but remember never to repeat this and if it has a fracture go for an orthopedician and follow up.
1) It is difficult to comment without examining and an X-ray will be useful.
2) For relieving pain and inflammation you have to apply ice, strap the toe and also take some anti inflammatory drugs.
