burning sensation after TKR

I had my right knee replaced in Nov 2010 and now I have burning sensation around the knee cap and below the knee cap
What is this ?  How to get rid of it?  Is this a serious thing?  I have no pain but this burning does not stop

Hello!

Get a present day scan done and confirm with a clinical examination near your surgeon that there is no infection.

With proper active physiotherapy your symptoms should decrease.

Take care!
