can my pelvis be reset

I broke my pelvis 30 years ago in a car accident, I am a 52 year female.  I use a lift of 1/2" in my left shoe to make up the difference when I walk. I need to know if it can be reset to the proper alignment for as I now have on going medical issues because of it being out of wack, it has thrown out everything from my neck down. I was hit again (whiplash) in 2005 and my pituitary gland crashed, so I am on coritsol 25mg 3 times a day.  I would like to know if my pelvis can be reset, so that my spine will be corrected and not cause any other health issues.  I go to the chiropractor 3 times a week, and because he is compensating the difference in the pelvis, others areas of spine and neck and back all go out, the neck is bad for it swells, and I feel like it is choking me. Please, help with this question, or tell me where to find an answer.
