can you please help me

I had surgery on my left hand for carpal tunnel 3 years ago.  I now have pain in my right hand travels to my pinky finger and alot on the side.  The pain gets so bad at times it keeps me awake.  I get some time of releif if I crack my knuckle on my pinky finger.  My right pinky finger goes numb and tip of finger turns red and when in pain the side of the pinky turns white.  I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me and give me some advice on what to do.  I take Tyneol arthis pain relief once a day and that seems to work a short time.  I have no grip with my right hand cannot use a can opener or open a bottle of water.

the only thing I know about carpal tunnel is if you eat okra, say chop it up into your speghetti sauce it is supposed to help,
