CAT scan results for 19 year old says
There is a transitional lumbosacral vertebrae which anatomically represents a sacralised L5 based on the position of the iliolumbar ligament. There is unilateral left pars defect at L4 with thickening and sclerosis of the right pars defect without any fracture.
There are bilateral pars defect at L3.
There is Grade 1 anterolithesis of L4 on L5.
I have been told he's down for a L4 -L5 fusion before these results but I never officially told what is actually wrong. Can any one help please?
