closed head injuries

While sitting in my seat a panel fell at a high rate of speed thereby hitting my head whereby I lost Consciousness.  I suffered closed head injuries. I am now have chronic pain in my left wrist/thumb and arm. Pain in the shoulders and upper arm.  Pain in the right temporal with popping inside the right ear.  Also, tingling in the fingers of the right hand.  Pain in the right knee.  Help! Why am I having pain in my thumb, arm, wrist and knee? Help! Please

You should go for head X-ray and also CT or MRI to diagnose any internal injuries in the brain after the head strike.

All your symptoms can be due to some injury in the brain which you have to diagnose to be rest assured.

Follow up with a neurologist.
