Hi there!

A little bit of swelling and tingling is normal after a surgery. The sensation are expected to come back after the effect of the anaesthesia wears off, when you may require pain medications to take care of the discomfort. However if the swelling is marked, you may consider an evaluation by your doctor to rule out complications.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
