deep tendon reflexes 2+equal

My question is patient had a splint of the wrist, after extremities were examined, she had deep tendon reflexes 2+ equal, and I wanted to know what it means deep tendon reflexes 2+ and equal

Deep tendon reflexes are normal if they are 1 +, 2 +, or 3 + unless they are asymmetric or there is a dramatic difference between the arms and the legs.

There are three basic deep tendon reflexes, which evaluate the integrity of your lower neck (cervical) spinal nerve supply. These are known as the biceps reflex, the brachioradialis reflex, and the triceps reflex. Deep tendon reflexes are considered a lower motor reflex.
