deformation of metatarsals in both feet

hello doctor. is it possible to, cuz constant injury to my feet that, the muscles on the top of my foot got so tight they pulled them in. my doctor says i have a c-shape foot, something adductus. i wanted to know if it was that tha deformed tthem. thanks for your help.

Hello!

The toes angle abruptly toward the midline, creating a C-shaped lateral foot border with a prominent process if it is a C-shaped foot and check this out.

Before coming to a conclusion I would suggest you to go for X-rays and follow up with an orthopedician for any diagnosis

Wear proper supportive shoes to relieve your symptoms.
