does tendonopathy ever heal

I would appreciate some help on what to do?  My outside left upper part of shoulder hurts to the back side of my elbow and sometimes to my left forearm and all around my wrist.  My left shoulder blade also seems to hurt and feel sore.  When I hold a dish in my left hand and wash the dish with the right hand, the front of my left shoulder hurts.  There was a knot that came up in the middle of my biceps area which bruised and then felt better.  I had it biopsied and it was benign.  I had an MRI that said tendonosis of superspinatus and bicepital tendonosis with impact upon muscletindonous junction at superspinatus, inferior downsloping acromion with prominent subacromial spur. Degeneraltive superior labral tearing seen. small deginerative subcortical cysts subjacent to infraspinates insertion at greater tuberosity. mild subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis.Mild hypertorphic changes seen at acromioclaviclar joint.

I had physical therapy and still having pain keeping me awake at night.  Could these problems last for a long time or could there be a problem that the mri did not find.  I am so tired of hurting and would appreciate your help.

Hello!

X-ray will diagnose all bony problems and an MRI the soft tissue problems. If there are problems with nerve supply or any other complications you would need to follow up with a neurologist. As you already had a biopsy done and there is no malignancy you will not have issues of cancer.

Take pain killers and also follow up regularly with the orthopedician.
You would need physiotherapy and also to hold the plates while dish washing and continue working in ergonomically comfortable positions. Avoid activities which give you pain for some days.
