experiencing back pain a week after swimming

I've been experiencing this sharp back pain situated posteriorly to the base of my right rib cage which is accompanied by difficulty of breathing only when lying on bed and turning to my side and while jumping. I think that this condition that I am experiencing right now is somehow connected with what I did last  week when I was swimming. I suddenly panicked while i was swimming and immediately gasped for air when I resurfaced the pool then instantly I've suddenly felt the pain on my back without the difficulty of breathing. I was relieved so I thought that I was okay, but recently I've felt these symptoms.

I wanted to ask your professional opinion about this matter and if you could help me to find the cure for this. This would be a great help for me and to all the readers who are experiencing this symptoms also.
