facial bone structed changed on one side

Out of curiosity, recently i noticed a change in my facial structure, I used to have a very oval shaped face and i had alot of baby fat also. Somewhere between last summer and the beggining of this school year my face has changed.
It slimmed down which i was happy about but then i notice pictures of me show that my face is somewhat lop-sided.
the left side of my jaw has slid back and shifted outward, it looks very nice I must say, and reall makes me look older, im only 17, but the other side isn't changing, and it doesn't appear to be at all. Not even any tiny differences,
I like the way my face has changed and im just wondering if the other side is going to follow along too.  I know that complete facial symmetry is rare but just for it to change somewhat would be nice, so that my face doesn't look lopsided.
