fluid and swelling left foot

i have fluid and swelling in my left foot numbness and chronic pain in my arch and heal areas. i purchased inserts and have been wearing them still no relief

Hi, do you have history of injury or diabetes? How old are you? Try crepe bandage, low salt intake, limb elevation above the level of heart during sleep, anti inflammatory drugs and cold compressions for a week. If no improvement is seen, consult orthopedic surgeon.

Condition like planter fasciitis also lead to similar kind of symptoms.
