foot pain

I have had problems with my left foot for over a year now.  I do not remembering injuring it.  I changed jobs and a few days after that, I had severe foot pain.  I still have pain if I am on it for a period of time.  I walk on concrete for 9 hours a day four days a week.  That is when it bothers me the most.  I also hurt my other foot, but it is back to normal.  I can no longer move my left foot to the left.  I have seen several specialists, and now I wear a custom fit ankle brace with a little heel on it.  I also wear orthotics in my right shoe.  I have had an mri which the doctor did not see the specific cause, but he was treating it as a tendon problem.  I have been wearing the brace for 4 weeks, and can not tell any difference.  I do have a new symptom though.  My big toe tingles and sometimes feels numb.  The one next to it, the tip feels very sensitive to touch.  Any suggestions?  I have been reading up on some things on the internet and am concerned with PVNS.  What do you think?

It's hard to know without physical examination

"big toe tingles and sometimes feels numb, tip feels very sensitive to touch"
All of them tell us you possibly suffer from Morton's metatarsalgia.
Treatment tip is relive inflammation of soft tissue.
Please see foot specialist.
