foot surgery?

The three bones under my ankle in the left foot have fused together , my foot has collapsedand i have osteoarthritis in my foot too. Will surgery help?

Well, it would be inappropriate to comment on the situation without knowing the relevant clinical details like the exact pathology, the exact bones involved, the extent of degeneration, associated conditions etc. On a general note, at first all attempts to treat the arthritis conservatively with medication or interventional procedures must be tried. If this fails or if it is believed that conservative management would not be fruitful; a surgery may be considered depending on the feasibility of the procedure. I would suggest discussing the situation and the appropriate management in detail with your orthopedician.
