forearm pain and wrist clicking

Hi! just want to ask about an injury. A year ago, I hurt myself on upright rows and its just plain pain at first but the next shoulder workout my forearm hurts but still finish the whole workout.then that night, knew that my wrist is clicking in line of the little finger and there still pain on my forearm also in line of the said finger under the bone near the elbow. I didn't stop working out but used lower weight particularly on barbell bicep curls where it can really be felt. then now I can still feel the pain about 50% on forearms and there is still clicking on the wrist and now I'm afraid that I made it worse or recovering just take time. hope you can help me, thanks a lot.

Well, it would be difficult to comment on the situation without an evaluation. Your current symptoms could or could not be related to the injury that you has sustained an year back. Related possibilities include fractures (non-union, mal-union), tendon/ ligamental injuries, joint dislocation/ subluxation etc; or unrelated causes such as nerve pressure/ impingement, vascular insufficiency, muscular issues etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
