fusion cage L5/s1

Will someone ever get these metal screws out of my spine??????? I had this surgery at the age of 18 and im 31 now and lost so much of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in excruciating pain every minute of each day. I got pills I get injections and torture to make it better but nothing is working. My body hates these foreign objects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
