heel spurs

hi. i just had xrays on both feet and it showed small heel spurs on my right heel.  Very painful.  i've tried ice, and orthotics.  still painful.  i've been a waitress for 21 years.  not sure what to do next.  i was told surgery has a very painful recovery...out for like two months.  but if this will solve the problem, i'll do it.  What do u think?

You weren't diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis?

I bought comfortable expensive walking shoes.   Did the little strech exercises, and lost weight.  
If you are you still a serving tables, try sitting whenever possible.   I never got the surgery done, so can't say anything about that.  But good luck with whatever you decided.
