hi every body

I have a problem with the right pectoral muscle. I feel it doesn’t develop compared to the left pectoral same thing for the back straight I feel it is soft copared to the left back very muscular. That's my story, in 2007 I train regularly lift weights. The day I’ll do chest. In the exercise "with pull over with bar 50 kg load" in the fourth repetition I felt exhausted when I wanted to repeat the sixth time that I took with the assurance that my friend supports me. In the fifth repeat I completely blocked in the shoulder by lowering the bar to the chest while my friend was talking to another colleague. So I wanted to remove the bar myself by pushing the left arm when I felt the pain in right shoulder actually dropped the bar to the right side. it hurt me in the right shoulder. I stopped playing sports for two months. after I started running because I gained weight and do high bar and pump. Since I feel that my right side is abnormal. I need your knowledge and help. What I have to do as an exercise to get  the body I had before ... thank you

Hi there!

Well, without an evaluation it would be difficult to comment on the situation. Possibilities include muscle strain/ sprain, injuries to the muscle/ tendon/ ligaments, injuries to the shoulder and the supporting structures, dislocations/ subluxation, inflammation, degeneration etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by an orthopedician or a sports medicine specialist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
