MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

I would suggest you an X-ray and MRI of your back for proper diagnosis.

Follow proper positions and ergonomics to decrease the pain and to limit further damage.

Take NSAIDs intermittently and you can also apply hot compress on your back.

Follow up with an orthopedician.

Take care!
