hip and thigh pain

i have had hip and thigh pain on my left side, it only causes me pain when im lying down or sitting. it feels like a muscle overlapping,its starting to cause me a lot of discomfort, it also is like a burning sensation. do you think its somthing i need to worry about?

Hello!

Hip and thigh pain may be due to lower lumbar spinal problems.

Viral infections like cold or flu or local injuries can give you this pain.

Take pain killers, apply ice packs and rest and if the pain continues then get yourself checked near an orthopedician.
