how long should i continue AAT drugs

i m patient who was suffering from tubercular spine had gone operation n taking medication for last 1 yr. my dr. advice me to take regular medication for 1n half yr. and now i m taking r_cinex600 daily . how long should i continue these drugs. there no such symtoms (symptoms) n sign now. during operation culture was done it's shows tubercular pattern but not active organism were found. please advice me.

Hello!

You should take anti tubercular drugs for 6 months or maximum 7 months. Should not take single drugs as you may develop resistance.

4 drugs for 2 months and in some resistant cases 1 month extra and 2 drugs (Isoniazid & Rifampicin for 4 months.

Follow up with an orthopedician treating tubercular cases.

my orthopedic surgeon advice me to take these 2 drugs( r-cinex600) for 1 yr. may be till this september ,what should i do should i stop taking drugs or continue .it's 10 months running now.waiting for ur ans.
