Hello!

If you are young and you want faster recovery then consider surgery. You can go for an arthroscopic repair, consult an orthopedician. Till then apply ice packs, use a knee brace/support and take intermittent NSAIDs.

If your tear is minor and is Grade 1 you can try conservative therapy, 6 weeks immobilization in a cast followed up by physiotherapy.
