joints pain case

50years old man not aware of any medical problems complains of pain related to his joints in different places ( fingers, knee, foot ankle) it takes 2 weeks  relief by ibuprofen and voltaren emulgel so the question is what is your recommendation about this case ?  do you advice of some vitamins especially that he is getting older?

Hello!

He should go for testing his blood uric acid levels to rule out gout.

He should go for X-ray scans and some other blood tests to rule out osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis or Rheumatic fever etc.

Ask him to see a rheumatologist / orthopedician for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

we have done all the test ( x-ray, CBC and uric acid level was 3.9 mg/dl) and nothing abnormally detected some physician advised him to do exercises and take supplementall vitamins what do you think of this ?
