left lower back pain

During my gait, after I've planted my left foot, my pelvis does not move forward, giving my back pain.  I can't remember the 'diagnosis' the last PT gave me, but even after many therapy sessions, I am still not able to push my pelvis forward after my left foot lands.  Does anyone have any comments, suggestions?  I have been suffering many, many years.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include joint issues such as inflammation, degeneration, neuro-muscular causes, postural issues, skeletal deformities etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
