lower front leg pain
Approximately three months ago I developed intermittent pain in the front inside of my lower right leg. About three weeks ago it became a constant pain. It feels tight, burns at times, swells by evening but goes down with elevation. This is between my ankle and knee. Negative xray, ultrasound, and MRI. No injury to the area that I can recall. No bruises. I can't think of a single reason for this issue. Area is sore to the touch. It has become difficult to walk, stand, sleep. Any suggestions?

HI,
Discuss with your Doctor regarding varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis and neurological factors etc, if they have not been ruled out previously.
Hope this helps.
