lump inside of foot

I have a lump on the inside of my foot. I can only feel it when I walk. I can not feel it on the outside of my foot. It has been there for about 3 weeks now. It seems to have gotten bigger. And now it is hurting a little when I walk. It's located right in the middle of my foot on the bottom just below my toes. Does anyone know what this is ? It is really starting to concern me. I have no insurance at the moment so unless I think it is serious I am avoiding going to go get it checked out.

Perhaps you can find a free foot clinic in your neighborhood where you can get a little advice?
