what are you asking? it could be your ulnar nerve that is what controls your ring and little finger upper arm could be bracial plexus it is the nerve group that controls the whole arm. would need more info if to really help and under stand
Could also be a problem with the ulnar nerve..similar to carpal tunnel but affecting a different part of the hand/arm. It's the nerve that causes that pain when we hit or bump our 'funny bone' When a person has ulnar nerve entrapment, you can experience some forearm pain and tingling/numbness in the 4th and 5th fingers (ring and pinky).
