neck bulging disk
Having a 2mm bulge in c3-4 and c5-6 .  Is that bad.  Having pain going down my arm to my thumb.

Control your posture while working, sleep, sitting. Do proper physiotherapy to strengthen your back muscles and wear proper footwear, put your BMI in control. If nothing helps then take the course of action of the orthopaedician. Take care!
