pain in leg

dear dr
i am arthritis patient,my age is 60..i am feeling cold from inside of my legs,,that is while i am sleeping...after that pain start on knee to all leg,,
1--why this happen
2--how long i will suffer
3--is it curable
4--what is the medicine

1. The pain is likely to be inflammatory in nature, with referred pain to the knee.
2. The pain is likely to occur as long as the inflammation continues.
The answers to 3&4 would depend on the type and the severity of the arthritis. It is best advised to consult a rheumatologist for an appropriate management plan. Meanwhile you could try some warm compresses or OTC NSAIDS for pain relief.
