Does your work involve you to sit on desk top and work?
As per your symptoms and after gathering information from you I think what you might have is Carpel Tunnel syndrome.
I think you should see an orthopaedician and decide regarding further management.
Electro diagnostic studies should be performed if the diagnosis is in doubt or if surgery is considered.
Treatment: Conservative care, including activity modification and splinting in the neutral position, are the cornerstones of first-line treatment.
Tendon gliding exercises and corticosteroid and anesthetic injections may also be helpful.

there is no electric sensations in my first three digits, but i have pins, needles, burning and especially in the morning a little swelling of my three finger.
