I have been having VERY severe back pain and I was doing research on spinal tumors, and I have all of these symptoms.

-Middle back pain (thoracic)
-Worse when lying down
-Worse with strain, sneezing, coughing etc.
-Pain not relieved by medication
-Difficulty walking
-Muscle weakness
-Worse at night and morning
-Headaches
-Fever
-Night Sweats
-Malaise
-Fatigue
-Agitation
-Abdominal Pain

But my question is that "coughing up blood" is another symptom, but only once have i coughed up blood, I have been coughing up black stuff for about 4 months now, and my back pain seems to only be getting worse, if anyone knows anything about this, please help me! thank you.

You could very well have a spinal tumor but whatever you have clearly is pretty serious and if you haven't gotten yourself to a doctor yet, in your place I'd do anything I needed to -- if necessary stand in line at the Emergency Room (which isn't a great way to get medical care, but better than nothing) -- to get seen.

I understand that some spinal tumors have good chance of cure if caught early enough.

If you have been coughing up black stuff for 4 months, as well as having:
-Middle back pain (thoracic)
-Worse when lying down
-Worse with strain, sneezing, coughing etc.
-Pain not relieved by medication
-Difficulty walking
-Muscle weakness
-Worse at night and morning
-Headaches
-Fever
-Night Sweats
-Malaise
-Fatigue
-Agitation
-Abdominal Pain

See a doctor.  If you are already seeing one and they don't know what's causing all this, get another opinion.
