question about Osteochondroma

by viper309, Nov 04, 2008 10:12AM
I recently got news that I might have osteochondroma i have had knee pain for about 9 years and have had two MRI's in the last year and they did not see the growth. I had a CT the other day and was told that I had a bone tumor and they wanted a MRI on it. Talked to my family that works with doctors and was told that the fact it was not seen in the other MRI's is a red flag to them that it might be cancer but I cann't get an answer can some please give me more info. Also I have found out that bone cancer runs in the family
