redness in feet

sometimes in the evening, in certain areas my feet become red and a "pins and needles" sensation occurs.  Any ideas

I agree with the suggestions given above.  Another, often overlooked, issue may be improperly fitting/too tight shoes - even tying them too tight.  I've had some evenings when I take off my shoes that I have the same problems and I haven't realized during the day that my shoes were tied too tightly - the pins and needles in my case have been due to the blood flow being restored.

Hello!

This can be due to muscle cramps or nerve involvement. Get yourself examined for any increase in blood pressure or blood sugar immediately.

Drink enough water and fluids during the day and eat healthy and start physical exercises involving your legs. Go for jogging, walking or some form of cardio.

Take some multivitamins and rule out anemia.
