I too have suffered for years from reverse cervical lordosis as well as extreme lumbar lordosis.  I have done PT many different times for both the upper and lower lordosis and have yet to find any real relief other then pain management (which at this time isn't helping either) A couple years ago I was in an auto accident that caused bulging discs in my neck as well. I'll be interested in reading more of the posts concerning this. I truly hope you can find the help you need and perhaps I can learn from it as well.

The first course of action for something like this would generally be Physical Therapy. Strengthening and stretching the neck muscles can be very beneficial. What type of tumor is this?
