right shoulder

i had sugary 4 months ago and i had just a tear in the back of my shoulder. i did 3 weeks of physical therapy. now the other day i was moving a box over my head and heard a pop. i had really bad pain and could not life my arm much. it has now been 10 days and still have really bad pain and can not life arm past 90 degrees and if i have my arm at 90 my shoulder pops in and out with pain. it also pops out now if i roll on it while sleeping or life anything. i am on workmans comp and want to make sure they are not just wasting time and making it worst by making me wait another week before they try a mri or anything. does it sound like a rotor cuff tear? my shoulder blade also has winging pretty bad with burning pain all the time

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include dislocations, fractures, injuries to the muscles/ ligaments etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
