rolled over

I was pushing my mini van to get to someone to jump it and I tripped and fell and my van rolled over my lower leg. I was diagnosed with a Maisonneuve Fracture and extreme soft tissue damage. I had surgery and went to my follow up appointment with the doctor and ended up with a PA and she had no knowledge about my injury and wants me at two weeks follow up to do range of motion exercises. she then cut my pain med's that were barely helping my more than half she cut the morphine completely and went from a 15 mg tablet of Oxycodone to 10 mg. Which the script read 15mg tab cut into .67 th of a pill instead of just giving me a 10mg tablet. I am scared that they are treating my injury just like any other instead of the unique one that it is. What should be the correct treatment for my injury?
