I hav been experiensing the  lest side lower back pain and goes down to the left leg from the last six months.

Please let me know the problem why it is happening

Hello!

I would suggest you to go for an X-ray of lower back and if required an MRI and for proper diagnosis follow up near an orthopedician.

Based on the diagnosis if it is sciatica you should start therapy.

Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, physical therapy, stretching exercises, and massage therapy should be started. If it is controlled by conservative treatment it would be good for you and your orthopedician will discuss all options including surgery if required.
