shoulder and arm pain

In 2004 I was in a very bad car accident. I ruptured my spleen and pancrius (spelling?). I fractured my pelvis in several places, broke all but 1 of my ribs, one lung was collapsed and one with a hole,and crushed my arm. I have a rod in place in the humerus bone. There was to much bone missing. I went through several surgeries to avoid the permanent rod.  They didnt work so now I have the permanent rod. My pelvis is still in pain esp. when in rains.  The shoulder and arm still scream in pain alot of the time.  I am going to PT but it doesnt seem to help much.  I feel my doctor is just patting me on the head and telling me to come back in 8 weeks.  I had gone back to work but I was barely able to keep it up. I fell and hurt my pelvis again which caused a fall in the shower which reinjured my arm. Now I am not working.What kind of dr should I go to. Why is this still going on? What can I do for the Pain? Could this be arthritis? He said the pelvic pain was from scar tissue could that be what is wrong with the shoulder and arm?
