swelling
How much swelling may I expect after knee replacement surgery?  Could it become dangerous? /at what point?

Hi there!

There may be mild-moderate swelling around the knee due to the inflammation following a knee replacement and is expected to subside in the following days/ weeks. If the swelling is excessive or involves the leg as well, it would be recommended to see your treating orthopedician immediately to rule out issues such as DVT, bleeding etc. and for appropriate management.
