throat swelling

The  most common reason would be your nodes might have got infected. In young people the tonsils get einfected and in older people the nodes, it is like sore throat and if you have difficulty in swallowing then we advice you to take antibiotics.
An ENT check up would give you proper diagnosis and as it is having a history of 1 day we do not suspect any thyroid gland problem
