too young to have numb cold toes

by jacquee78, Jul 02, 2009 10:21PM
I have been experiencing numbness or no blood flow to my 2 little toes on both my feet.  Also, half of my big toe goes white and takes about an hour of moving a lot and rubbing feet.. I just turned 30 and am otherwise very healthy.  Blood glucose is normal around 80-90 at any given time.  BP is always around 122/68.  I am concerned and do not have health insurance right now.  Seems like a circulation problem but it is a new problem, started about 2 months ago and happens everyday now, especially after driving home at night or sitting on my couch... anyone have any idea?

Do not stand for long hours and try to sit while working and take breaks during your day to day activities. Eat healthy, proper balanced diet and also wear proper foot wear. Follow proper ergonomics or position.
If it does not help you have to visit a physician for checking other causes. Take care!
