my arm and wrist, forearm hurt from a crushing my hamate 12 years ago my ulna is turned in and my elbow has discomfort i went to the doctor and the x-ray was negative what can i do?

With the x-rays looking good, the symptoms could be due to soft tissue causes. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis. After a cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.
