what the real story is

i am a 36 yrs  male you has undwer gone 5 spinal surgurys. the last beinjg a fusion of L4-L5_S1 with inther body spacers abd insrumebntation.bone morrf and heaps of locl bone graft.it siks the body thing is pooorly alinging and the level of workmanship and acurccy is very poor. is the tolorance fo rerror so large that it is clearly visible ald the alklignment of the verterbrae in relation to the hips incoorrct.would the removal off the screws qand rods be benidfical in enabling the body to balance and twist to ensure beter posture and twist in the hips as nature designed.any comments would b appreciated.thankyou.
