why so many problems

why so many problems

Iam just getting over a session of tennis elbow. I am also having problems with sore hips and into the groin area. Had one hip x-rayed and they said it appearred normal. It was the only one bothering me at the time. My other one is a little sore now. I also found out that I have calicific tendonitis. A calcium deposit between rotator cuff and tendon. Hard to move arm in some positions. I see orthopedic doc on Nov. 16. I wish I knew why I am having so many joint problems all of a sudden.I've been checked for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus even. has anyone else had any problems like this.

Sorry to hear you are having so many problems. The key thing is to make sure you give each one the attention it deserves. I have gone through phases where I have had multiple problems around the same time and it is tempting to focus on the most painful and ignore the others. You should come up with a short term plan to manage pain and prevent further injuring the area and a medium term plan to regain strength / range of motion and a long term plan to prevent future injuries.
Good luck
